Katerina is an absolute gem! She's like family, so kind, and always ready to help. The location is perfect, with stunning beach views. The food is delicious and the apartment has everything you need. The communication with Katerina is fantastic. We felt so at home here and highly recommend this amazing place. Can't wait to come back!

Well decorated place, lovely rooms with convenient decor. Spacious balcony for further relaxation. The breakfast is simple, but DELIGHTFUL with fresh orange juice and strong coffee and fresh greek yogurt too. Really close to the bus stop, 5 minutes' walk away.

The beachfront location of the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. It was just a few steps away from the beautiful, sandy beach, and we could hear the waves at night, which created a serene atmosphere. the hotel was conveniently situated near supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes, making it easy for us to explore the area and enjoy delicious meals. the host, Katerina, was such a delightful person. She was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel like family throughout our stay.

One minor issue we encountered was with the electricity system in the hotel. It was a bit tricky to handle, as having too many appliances running at once would cause the fuse to trip.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to both the Old Town and the beach. Within a leisurely 15, minute walk, you can reach the bustling Venetian harbor of the city, where you can enjoy the charm of the historical buildings and waterfront cafes. the beach is just a stone's throw away, allowing guests to relax and soak in the sea in less than a minute. the convenient location makes it easy to stay connected to everything going on in the world while enjoying a peaceful retreat.

I recently stayed at Pandochio Studios for a week-long vacation. The host, Katerina, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. She waited up for us when our flight was delayed and even prepared a jar of honey, a bottle of Raki, and wine from her village as a welcome gift. The room was spotless and the view from the balcony was breathtaking, with a direct view of the sunset. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town and steps away from the beach. Katerina made us feel right at home and her hospitality was truly exceptional. Highly recommend!
